Meals on Wheels
Description
Delivering affordable, hot nutritious meals within the Grande Prairie city limits to anyone in need (80% are seniors, also disabled, convalescent, individuals that are unable to prepare adequate meals, or just need a break).
Deliveries start at 11:00am until 1:00pm, however most are finished within 1-1.5 hours. We deliver Mondays thru Fridays, except Statutory Holidays.
You would need your own vehicle, cell phone and vulnerable sectors check.
Drivers can choose any number of days each month to deliver ex/once a week, twice a month, or even seasonal.
Roles & Descriptions
Training is completed during first time delivering, staff will ride along and explain process/policies along the route. (1-2 hrs)
