Description

The Black History Month Celebration (BHM) Committee is looking for volunteers for our upcoming Black History Month events. The events are scheduled for February 1st (Opening Ceremony) and March 2nd (Gala).

The available volunteer roles include:

  • Set-up crew
  • Takedown crew
  • Childcare support
  • Communication support
  • Show run support

Volunteer opportunities are open to individuals aged 16 and up.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrive on Time
  • Dress appropriately for a black tie/traditional attire event
  • Execute duties promptly as requested
  • Performers/volunteers will be provided with snacks and beverages at all events
